Service Description
This is done on an hourly basis of $45 This Service requires an invitation from you. From there, I collect the work, enter the work and print out specific files for your hard copy records. Save the files to appropriate back ups, then Put all receipts in a envelope or file cabinet, and invoice you. Payment is Due Upon Completion of Entering, saving and filing. If you plan or would like continuing business with Holl Bookkeeping Services, I would suggest for you to sign a 1 year contract. This way your time is booked in a calendar and work will be completed the time of the appointment. We ONLY use Intuit QuickBooks or any of its other products. Other Services Can be Included and Available: Accounts Payable, Receivables, Payroll Taxes, Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Trial Balance, General Ledger reports, Administrative Duties. Bank/Credit/Cash Reconciliations, Credit Card Processing, Petty Cash, and Any Necessary Government Taxes such as Quarterly & Monthly Sales or Payroll. Along with correspondences with the Federal and State Authorities, (Power of Attorney Required) to speak in behalf of you and your company as a Liaison. We are here not to make decisions for you. Liaison is communication or cooperation that facilitates a close working relationship between people or organizations. Please NOTE - Annual taxes Are Separate Packing - Refer to Taxes
