Service Description

This package is An All Inclusive 1 Year Service Contract Package. This is for Our Monthly clients, who only need to see us once a month. This can be done at your office or ours. Full Services Includes: Monthly (3) Bank account Reconciliation with up to 500 transactions in All accounts. Preparation of monthly Financial reports Balance Sheet and Income Statement. It also includes (2) Business Credit Card accounts. Prepares 100 Vendor invoices and 100 Customer invoices. I can give you an hour, but it won't tell you until I'm completed. You will be invoiced for the full balance due of $475. I accept Cash, Checks and All Credit card payments - made payable to Holl Bookkeeping Services This company can not support Net 30.. Maybe in Our Future.... Other Services Can be Included and Available: Payroll Taxes, Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Trial Balance, General Ledger reports, Administrative Duties. Bank/Credit/Cash Reconciliations, Credit Card Processing, Petty Cash, and Any Necessary Government Taxes such as Quarterly & Monthly Sales or Payroll. Along with correspondences with the Federal and State Authorities, (Power of Attorney Required) to speak in behalf of you and your company as a Liaison. We are here not to make decisions for you. Liaison is communication or cooperation that facilitates a close working relationship between people or organizations. Please NOTE - Annual taxes Are Separate Packing - Refer to Taxes
