Service Description

This is an hour package that is designed for clients who only need an hour of a day for a specific project needed done within a week. The hourly rate is $28.50. This is for discussion of financials, going over prospect of loans, taxes, government concern or lawyers request. This can be set up as a One-time initial visit or it can be switched to be set up as recurring weekly or monthly. Another option is an All Inclusive 1 year service contract. This can be broken into many different ways to schedule our services when you need them. This can be done at your office or ours. All Our Full Services Includes: Accounts Payable, Receivables, Payroll, Payroll Taxes, Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Trial Balance, General Ledger reports, Administrative Duties. Bank/Credit/Cash Reconciliations, Credit Card Processing, Petty Cash, and Any Necessary Government Taxes such as Quarterly & Monthly Sales or Payroll. Along with correspondences with the Federal and State Authorities, (Power of Attorney required) to speak in behalf of you and your company as a Liaison. We are here not to make decisions for you. Liaison is communication or cooperation that facilitates a close working relationship between people or organizations.
